Hi there!

I’m Emily — a couples therapist and relationship coach dedicated to helping relationships thrive.

With a compassionate yet direct approach, I help couples and individuals identify patterns that cause disconnection and guide them toward emotional healing, deeper intimacy, and lasting change. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where both partners feel safe to explore their experiences, express their needs, and reconnect on a deeper level.

Clients often describe me as both grounding and growth-oriented — someone who will truly listen, but also reflect back what’s no longer serving you. I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and connection.

As a multicultural, first-generation immigrant and Third Culture Kid, I was born in Australia and raised across Asia, moving every few years before settling in the U.S. That nomadic upbringing taught me how complex — and beautiful — it is to ask: Who am I? Where do I belong?

Before becoming a therapist, I held leadership roles in social impact startups. But I longed to create change at a deeper, more personal level — to support people in transforming their relationships and reclaiming meaning in their lives.

That journey led me to psychotherapy, where I now integrate my global background, entrepreneurial clarity, and holistic vision into my work with clients.
